SHIPPING PROTECTION WITH ROUTE

We’ve partnered with Route to offer optional shipping protection at checkout. By adding Route to your order, you’ll be covered in the event of lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

If something goes wrong during transit and you’ve added Route, simply file a claim through the Route app or their website for a quick resolution — no need to go through the carrier.

We highly recommend selecting Route at checkout for peace of mind. If you decline Route protection, we are unable to replace or refund packages once they are in the carrier’s hands.


SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME

We carefully prepare and ship orders within 3–5 business days.
During busy seasons like holidays or new collection launches, please allow up to 7 business days for processing.
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.

SHIPPING RATES & CARRIERS

Shipping is currently available within the United States only.
At checkout, shipping costs are calculated based on package weight, size, and delivery location.
We partner with reliable carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your items arrive safely.
Prefer to pick up? You’re welcome to collect your order in person at our Marble Falls shop at no extra cost. We’ll let you know when it’s ready for pickup.

DELIVERY ISSUES

Once your package is in the hands of the carrier, Redid cannot be responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed deliveries. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
If your package shows as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please reach out to your local carrier first. We’re happy to provide any supporting details you might need.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship only within the United States. Expanding to international orders is something we look forward to offering in the near future!

REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. At this time, we do not offer refunds on our items. As a small business with small-batch, thoughtfully sourced collections, we’re unable to accommodate general returns. We appreciate your understanding and support as we continue to grow.


ClOTHING EXCHANGES

We gladly offer store credit for clothing items only, provided they meet the conditions below. Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

Clothing Returns For Store Credit:

  1. Email us at orders@redidtx.com within 7 days of receiving your package. Include your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. If approved, we’ll email you return instructions.
  3. Once we receive your item and confirm it meets our return conditions, you’ll receive a store credit code via email.

Important Notes

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted or credited.
  • Store credit applies to future purchases only and cannot be redeemed for cash.

In-Store Purchases

Clothing must be brought back to the shop within 7 days of purchase. Once the return is approved, store credit will be issued.
