1. PURCHASES & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We accept all major credit and debit cards, along with other payment methods offered at checkout. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
Redid reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, especially in the event of suspected fraud or pricing errors.
2. RETURN & STORE CREDIT POLICY
All sales are final.
At this time, we do not offer refunds on our items. As a small business with small-batch, thoughtfully sourced collections, we’re unable to accommodate general returns. We appreciate your understanding and support as we continue to grow.
Clothing Exchanges
We gladly offer store credit for clothing items only, provided they meet the conditions below. Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
Online Orders
A return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
In-Store Purchases
Clothing must be brought back to the shop within 7 days of purchase. Once the return is approved, store credit will be issued.
Important Notes
- Store credit can be used toward future purchases but cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
- Redid reserves the right to refuse any return or credit request that does not meet the conditions listed above.
3. PRODUCT VARIATIONS
Many of the pieces we carry are handmade, one-of-a-kind, or produced in small batches. Variations in patina, texture, shape, color and finish are natural and reflect the character of the item. Dimensions are approximate.
4. GIFT CARDS & STORE CREDIT
Gift cards and store credit issued by Redid are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash. We are unable to replace lost or stolen cards.
5. PRIVACY & DATA
Your privacy matters to us. Any personal information collected through purchases or newsletter signups is used solely to process orders, communicate with you, or enhance your experience. We never sell or share your information.
6. CHANGES TO TERMS
Redid reserves the right to update these policies at any time. Changes will be posted on our website or in store and will take effect immediately upon publishing.
